To clarify, we don’t pay minimum wage (and never have)—our salaries are based on RGD industry standards, and fair pay is a priority for us. We genuinely welcome feedback when it’s shared professionally and respectfully, as we believe mutual respect is key to a positive workplace. Respect is a requirement for us, and just as we demand this from the team, they can expect the same from us.
