      Pros

      Everything The Wing stood for was idyllic. It had some great values, missions and initiatives which, if it was managed right, would have been a dream place to work.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between space employees and management, and HQ. Voices weren't heard or even acknowledged. The management were lost.

      community, mission driven, hopeful. Felt meaningful.

      Toxic, underpaid, overworked, founder was rude and careless.
