Pros

- Nice and important mission for social change. - The team used to be hired with strong alignment to (theoretical) working culture which gathered an empathic and compassionate group of professionals. - They had a wellbeing stipend.

Cons

- The project lead/founder is passive-aggressive towards his employees. - Dangerous mind games played by the project lead/founder. - Employees hired full-time with freelancing 'agreements' (no legal contracts). - Salary below the market practice in Europe with no social security.

Pros

- team is spectacular. All people who believe in the mission and want to be part of something meaningful

Cons

- Narcissistic founder/Lead who manipulates people to do what he wants - the organization does NOT practice well-being - Questionable fiscal practices spending more on leads galavanting travels vs meaningful well-being work - Manic behavior around strategy. Constantly changing without clarity on why. The inconsistency makes it difficult to do meaningful work. - low pay and bad benefits

Pros

The team is super nice, and in theory the mission statement is also noble (in theory...) Also you get a monthly stipend to pay for yoga classes, therapy...

Cons

I realised the hypocrisy that lies behind this organisation only a few months in. There is no wellbeing whatsoever. The leadership is utterly toxic. There is a sense of fear towards the founder, he is such a control freak. He micro manages everything and he is the only one who talks to partners and donors (portraying a very different image of what's going on inside). You have no decision making power, it is very much top bottom. It all feels very fake. They hire people who are over qualified for their work and let them have no ownership. Don't be fooled. The Wellbeing Project is everything but what it says it is. Do not work there.
