Pros

Great colleagues and the project's concept is good

Cons

Leaders in the team do not treat those who report to them properly, there is disrespect, pressure, aim to control, lack of support and even bullying from certain individuals. It's sad as the project has to do with wellbeing and welldoing but this does not happen inside the team. A lot of people have left and this is proof of what happens but management refuses to acknowledge the problem.

Pros

- team is spectacular. All people who believe in the mission and want to be part of something meaningful

Cons

- Narcissistic founder/Lead who manipulates people to do what he wants - the organization does NOT practice well-being - Questionable fiscal practices spending more on leads galavanting travels vs meaningful well-being work - Manic behavior around strategy. Constantly changing without clarity on why. The inconsistency makes it difficult to do meaningful work. - low pay and bad benefits

Pros

- Nice and important mission for social change. - The team used to be hired with strong alignment to (theoretical) working culture which gathered an empathic and compassionate group of professionals. - They had a wellbeing stipend.

Cons

- The project lead/founder is passive-aggressive towards his employees. - Dangerous mind games played by the project lead/founder. - Employees hired full-time with freelancing 'agreements' (no legal contracts). - Salary below the market practice in Europe with no social security.
