Pros

Name recognition, seemingly unlimited resources because of the billionaire owner, no evidence of the owner messing with the journalism in any way, great job security, demand for excellent work. Depending on the team you're on, you can have a wonderful experience here.

Cons

White men can misbehave with no consequences, whereas women and POCs who speak out respectfully are labeled problematic. Some editors very clearly pay more attention and give more opportunities to white men.

Pros

Hard working colleagues, at times.

Cons

I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
