We're so glad you found that here and enjoy the many Post benefits and perks. Regarding the areas we can improve, thanks for your honesty. We take feedback seriously and have processes in place that encourage it: 1) Leadership training- we train managers to ask for feedback from their teams regularly, 2) Open door policy- our culture is not hierarchical and leaders at all levels have an open door policy, and 3) Pulse Survey- every year we ask employees for feedback on all areas of the #washpostlife, including leadership.
