Pros

Post employees are truly a family. Since I've started here, I have received so much help and support while I adjust to my new position. Our work is increasingly important these days, and I am so proud of my colleagues and their groundbreaking work.

Cons

The retirement plan and parental leave policies could be improved.

"Post employees are truly a family." This makes our day! We truly believe The Washington Post is what it is because of our people. Not only do we work hard and innovate, but we also rally for each other. Glad you've found incredible support here. Thanks for the feedback about the benefits. We have an entire team working on this and we hope to have even more benefits and perks to add to our package throughout the year. Thanks again for being part of The Post family!

Pros

Supporting journalism is the one good thing.

Cons

The culture needs improvement, with a strict in-office policy that may not work well for everyone. There also seems to be ongoing challenges with employee retention, which can impact team morale, consistency, and long-term stability. The tech guild and unions made me feel really uncomfortable with coworkers protesting outside the office.
