Everyone is paid unreasonably higher than their actual market value (ask any current employee if they think it's worth it). Owner puts a lot of money into making the office look nice.
Cons
What's not to love about working for a compulsive liar who is only out for his own interests? This is a micromanager, not a leader. At TVB, you are hired only to do the heavy lifting. Whether you're a project manager or creative, you receive no credit or appreciation for the 90% of the project you're responsible for. Everything about this place is a lie to keep up appearances. The work on the website is all from the owner's past life, not done by TVB. The time management is a zoo exhibit. Expect snarky comments for taking a lunch break with your coworker or speaking loud enough that the manager can hear you in the open-plan office.
