      Pros

      It's an incredible working environment, you're surrounded by bright enthusiastic creative team mates who want to deliver top tier work. It's an inspiring team. The leadership team are committed to driving change both for client and the world at large (they are committed to supporting a number of charities with both donations and pro-bono work).

      Cons

      Every agency has busy periods and TVE is no different but I would say the leadership team were good at making sure people took time off when they needed it and they were always there working just as hard as anyone else on the team.

      Pros

      Lovely team, with both qual and quant services supporting strategy projects. Very diverse and inclusive culture.

      Cons

      Very fast paced culture that will squeeze every last drop out of you. The business has had uncertainty with layoffs and bonus freezes for several years in a row.

      - Interesting and varied work with a whole range of clients (including some really big names). - Company cares about own personal interests/ expertise and allows you to work on projects accordingly - The team is lovely, supportive and motivating. They are also incredibly bright and great to learn from. - HR and office management are compassionate and truly care about you as an individual - Ultimately the team wants to see you thrive and grow

      Cons

      - Sometimes long hours to meet project deadlines (expected of agency work) - Very high expectations because of company standards, can be very stressful - Pay doesn’t generally meet industry standards, especially considering workload
