The leadership team are committed to driving change both for client and the world at large (they are committed to supporting a number of charities with both donations and pro-bono work).

Every agency has busy periods and TVE is no different but I would say the leadership team were good at making sure people took time off when they needed it and they were always there working just as hard as anyone else on the team.

- Sometimes long hours to meet project deadlines (expected of agency work) - Very high expectations because of company standards, can be very stressful - Pay doesn’t generally meet industry standards, especially considering workload
