      Pros

      Great Group. I have learned a lot by working for Valcap. Lots of training by senior staff. Health benefits. Pay is good. Growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Located in various locations in San Antonio, properties are not super close to each other. I do not really have any complaints, I am happy working for Valcap and appreciate the opportunity

      Pros

      Room for growth, company offers medical, dental & vision, the right positive attitude gets you exactly into the right position and with the perfect property.

      Cons

      Have not learnt of any cons other than the high turn over ratio when an employee can’t take the heat then get out of the kitchen.
