Very unprofessional - Sales The Training and Learning Employee Review

Nothing good about it. Everything about the company is a scam. Very toxic.

Everything. The management is awful. Treats all employees terribly. Especially assessors.

Senior team are very supportive of a work life balance. I can work from home when needed to help with personal life issues. Good team culture and I can have open honest conversations with all levels of management. Good promotion pathways for staff that show they want to progress. Can take on personal qualifications whilst working to better myself. Have the autonomy to make decisions and know that senior staff back me.

This is a hard industry to work in and so is mentally very demanding. This would be the same at any training company.
