Good team culture and I can have open honest conversations with all levels of management. Good promotion pathways for staff that show they want to progress. Can take on personal qualifications whilst working to better myself. Have the autonomy to make decisions and know that senior staff back me.

This is a hard industry to work in and so is mentally very demanding. This would be the same at any training company.

Inclusive, respectful and sincere. Great team and progression available.

Travel however as would be for any role in this industry.
