Pros
I cannot speak highly enough of Mikey. He is a true inspiration to his staff. Not only does he want to see you do your best, but he also helps you as much as he can along the way. There is plenty of room to grow here, learn, and truly hone your skills.
Cons
The hours are long, but if you really want to succeed in this business this will not be a problem for you. The office culture is unbelievable. Going to work everyday is a sheer pleasure.
