Absolute horrible company to work for. I was employed for 8 year with TTN only to be let go without warning due to Company restructuring right after Christmas. Management is awful especially the chief of operations, who truly doesn't care about anyone except herself and will say whatever she has to in order to get what she wants. This company prides itself on a family like environment but all they care about is mistreating employees and saving a dollar. The pay is a joke, I had to beg for a raise and even after getting one it was below industry standard. No one is truly valued at this company and they will let you go to save money. For anyone looking into this company I would look else where.
