There is no room for advancement. There are no raises. What you start out making is what you will continue to make unless you are promoted, but that is very rare! The management staff are unorganized and do not properly train employees on new policies. Some managers are wonderful, but it is only a couple of them. The business owner doesn't feel that his employees deserve raises and if you don't like it then leave.
