      Pros

      Good stable job with a strong mission. If you work hard you will get recognized for it and if you further your education/credentials you will be recognized for it too. I appreciate knowing that.

      Cons

      Hard work/a lot of work. Understaffed at times, which I learned is an ongoing problem in social services and anytime a company is staffing for shift coverage.

      * Never a dull moment * Lauri Burns, CEO, is living her passion. * The Teen Project is about taking action to alter lives. They don't just talk. * Wonderful team * Ideas are welcomed and work is appreciated
