Staff mainly consists of good people who believe they can't do any better. That's why they stay there so long.
Cons
Pay is horrible. No career advancement. Catty, superficial environment. Problems are swept under the rug. If you're a few minutes late for work, you'll never hear the end of it. Upper management has no clue what they are doing.
