Worked from home remotely due to COVID -19. Company is small in size in terms of number of employees so everyone knows everyone.
Cons
1. Company has constant cash flow pressure . 2. Sales group enters into contracts without justification /validation of proper ROI . 3. First time controller wants to be involved in projects but when errors occur quickly distances herself from the problem. 4. CFO doesn't promote and build a cohesive finance group. Ignores all emails from other employees. Doesn't honor promised pay increases within his department. 5. CEO avoids profit discussions internally. Only discusses sales pipeline and past revenue accomplishments regardless of profit margin. 6. Junior business developer for the company's business system. Testing before implementation is a foreign concept to the IT department.
