Pros
The colleagues I worked alongside on the video team (peers rather than managers) were absolutely brilliant - talented, collaborative and supportive. Several of us have since moved on and new people have joined. I wish continued success to the team.
Cons
Towards the latter part of my time on the video team, management became a significant challenge, with issues such as micromanagement, poor direction and at times unprofessional attitudes, which made it difficult to do our best work. That said, those particular senior team members have since left, so I would expect the environment has improved considerably.
