Everything. It’s insanely difficult to make gross on cars because they buy so high, they have a gross profit cap you have to hit before you can earn a single dollar of commission. Most of the time you’re working for minimum wage. You can sell 15-20 cars a month/work 60 hour weeks here and only make 4-5 grand. People do meth in the bathroom. Management is inexperienced. They scream at employees, encourage racism, profile customers, sexism is rampant. It’s really just a disgusting demeaning place to be employed.
