Pros

- You will work with some of the most interesting, impactful clients in the world. Some will become part of your own network and you can learn from them. - You will learn about yourself through the many assessments they give you when you onboard and come to realize your Unique Ability. - You have the opportunity to sit in and observe the workshops - THIS is the real value of working here. - Your "Discovery Call" script is something you can take into your personal life to help add value to everyone around you. - You can impact the lives of successful entrepreneurs in a meaningful way - 6 weeks of vacation time right from the start (but be advised, it's not what is sounds like: that includes all stat holidays, sick days and the full week of company shutdown over the holidays but it's still above avg!)

Cons

MONEY: This is not a standard Account Executive role where you can expect to make 6 figures and have BRD/SDR booking your appointments. The most senior sales staff with over a decade of pipeline building and client relationships to nurture are struggling to make that. ***If you are in your 20's or early 30's and have no dependents, then go for it. Consider it a great learning opportunity and stepping stone BUT if you have a family to feed, look elsewhere.*** CAREER PROGRESSION: There is none. Once you get pigeon holed into a role, don't expect to do anything else or even have a conversation about anything else. This Leadership team wants one thing and one thing only (despite what they try to convince you) and that is.... METRICS: There is only one, and sadly it is NOT the quality of your relationships or amount of sales you make. The one and only metric that matters is the amount of "dials" you make. You have been hired to make 6o dials a day and leave voicemails. That's it, that's all. It's the only conversation you will have. - They are convinced that the process of leaving voicemails between the hours of M-F/9am-5pm for busy entrepreneurs is the most innovative sales process. I personally don't agree and if I knew this, I wouldn't have taken the job. I even had prospects make fun of our process, which is super embarrassing. - Back to the money for a sec...Make sure you ASK how many reps are making the registration quota before, during and after the pandemic. During my time there was ONE (out of 21 reps) that consistently closed 8+ sales per month and he is also the ONLY person on the team who is not subject to the "dial metrics"... he is an outlier. LEADERSHIP: This is a "Client First" organization so you just have to wrap your head around that. All resources are allocated towards the clients and not you. They aren't great at recognizing the major life events (or event the minor ones tbh) . Ive had multiple team members loose a parent or close loved one and and there is no acknowledgement or care/kindness/supportiveness extended to them from anyone in the Leadership team. It's actually strange how cold they can be considering how much love they have for their clients. Constant meetings where the team is expected to come up with the ideas for how to improve, but the suggestions arent implemented. It's "oh yes, we've thought of that, we're working on it" but nothing ever changes. How about leadership providing some fresh ideas once in a while? The handling of the pandemic and ensuing layoffs was devastating. There needs to be another category just for that. Keep in mind, my review is Sales-specific and may not be the case in other areas of the company. I'm going to leave it at that even though I could go on. I had high expectations and really wanted Strategic Coach be a long term career move. Do your research and know what you are signing up for that will make the experience so much better for you.

Pros

Flex Time, free days, hybrid schedule. Great vision set by founders.

Cons

Company doesn’t always follow the values that they preach. A lot of passive aggressiveness and negativity even though the company culture is so “positive.” Values don’t matter if they’re not practiced.
