      Good benefits and decent pay

      After working in Edmonton for thirteen years the company went in a different direction, DOWN!! New management and a lack of integrity from the upper management made the company a toxic work environment. Out of sixty plus employees that had a minimum of five years all have moved on to another company to continue to work together servicing the same group of clients from before.

      Pros

      In the two years I've been with TSG so far their culture has consistently blown me away. They live the values they preach. Almost everyone I have come into contact with is helpful, willing to teach, give insight, and are so incredibly open and accepting. This company has given me so many opportunities for growth and advancement as well as a place I can comfortably be myself and enjoy coming to work every day! They are truly here for their team and are on a path to continue to keep that focus in mind as they grow.

      Cons

      A lot of processes are still manual, but the company is taking large steps this year to change that! They are constantly working on improving and are open to ideas and suggestions on how to make things better!
