Pros
Leadership did a great job of pivoting because of covid and has not given into pressure by city government to bring people back in person, they are very supportive of remote work.
Company is also very present in the local community and I had the opportunity to participate in some of the philanthropic work they do including double matching employee donations.
The company readily moves people within the org and values the knowledge and skills you collect in each role. People move around a lot and some folks have managed to make really big career shifts while staying within the same company.
The people in my immediate team and department were great and I loved everything they brought to the work. The company is so large, and growing, that experiences working there vary really greatly across the org.
Cons
The health insurance is a high deductible plan and feels like you pay more to get less every year.
Supports a lot of conservative legislation in Oregon that I disagree with and has the corporate lobbyist lead "non-partisan" legislative education sessions for employees.
