Fun Job, Terrible Pay - Reporter The Sports Network Employee Review

Unique job for someone who loves sports. Very "chill" dress code. Flexible with schedules. Was able to work with some cool people.

Same salary, never receiving a pay raise. No Human Resources department. Communications between departments was pretty bad.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Most of the day is spent talking about sports and pretty much anything else that's on your mind. Relaxed dress code. Tasks are simple enough if you are ever remotely familiar with HTML and Photoshop. Plenty of downtime. Schedules are flexible.

Lack of competent management that would move the company upward instead of maintaining the company's current position. Lack of innovative ideas from management. Seems like the company culture was to maintain or just be complacent rather than to grow and compete in the industry. Night/weekend availability when you first start out.
