Pros
The Spark Group offers an incredibly unique experience for summer interns. tSG is a small company that allows interns to work with the team on many different levels so you are never limited to one set of tasks. Throughout my internship they gave me the perfect balance of creative freedom and guidance. I was able to feel productive but I was never afraid to ask questions. I was able to pitch ideas, create content for the website, and work on productions outside of the office. Aside from work, the tSG team is a warm and inviting group of people (for example: within my first few weeks, they threw me a surprise birthday party!). The work environment is playful but extremely hardworking. Everyone is dedicated to the work they do, and it is an amazing experience to be a part of it.
Cons
Occasionally someone will surprise you with a nerf gun. You get used to it.
