      - Autonomous position - Picked my shifts - Learnt a lot about product supply and working with suppliers

      Cons

      - Not as ethical as they lead on to be - Not a good company culture (across many franchise stores I saw) - Unsupportive store owner - Alot of unpaid work outside of hours organising staff and communicating
