      You get to play with cool gear in the showroom you may not be able to affford. Little to no supervision Good employee purchase program compared to Best Buy. Opportunity to learn the industry but you’ll quickly move on to a better opportunity.

      Strong team culture. Leadership trusts the techs. Great exposure to high end systems. Fast hands on learning. Your input actually matters.

      Cons

      Training is mostly on the job, you’ll learn a ton, but it can feel overwhelming without a clear structure or roadmap. Communication across departments isn’t always consistent, which can lead to last-minute changes or confusion on-site.
