Pros
If this is just a part time job for some extra pocket money then it may be good for you - If you are doing this as a main job then I'd make sure you have a backup plan. If you happen to be related to somebody in company management then you are probably already being paid to do nothing anyway.
Cons
A few of the other non-faked reviews say the company is just infested with middle management who don't do anything and are just employed because they know somebody. This is very obvious as soon as you start working here and has just got worse. They don't care at all about their moderator staff welfare and everything they plant in the press and in good reviews is just complete fiction. They employ people who aren't in a position to complain and keep us in virtual terror of losing their job - Just this week we had a company wide email about hours that basically told us to stop talking among ourselves and shut up or else. It was probably the most patronising and rude email I have seen -- And in four years at this company I have seen a lot of them. None of the middle management know what they are doing so there is no point at all in complaining to anybody and the actual company setup is a complete joke. They spy on us, they are rude to us, they blackmail us with threats of taking hours off us if we complain and they sack people with no notice or reason at all. I very much doubt their employment practices are legal - The only time I ever explained what I did to a solicitor they said not at all but if you dare to complain you will lose your job. If I didn't desperately need the money I would be out of here.
