Pros
Spending money on 'national avocado day' and every other pointless day that they feel needs to be celebrated.
Cons
- Poor pay - Unorgonised Workplace - More care gone into their social status than their staff. - Gossip - Bad client relationships (late pay, no communication) - The company is ran by young professionals who unfortunately do not have enough experience to perform to the highest standards as when they need help they have no seniors to look to. - absolutely no job security whatsoever.
