Pros

Nothing that I can recall! It was a complete waste of time.

Cons

Everything in the structure looks like a scam. Pyramid Scheme! They make you travel to the middle of no-where to pitch to failing businesses. You have to stress out to try to make sales. Walking miles in a suit isn't comfortable. No compensation at all

Hi Reviewer- thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear feedback like this. We include job-shadowing in our interview process so that anyone we hire understands the nature of the job before they take it. Pyramid schemes are an illegal business practice so we wouldn't be in business if that was the case here. We have set territories provided by our clients, and we apologize for not being able to control the success of other businesses in those regions. We also aren't able to control anyone's personal stress level. We do provide tons of training opportunities, and a personal mentor for anyone that we hire in the sales role. Our clients require that we look professional when we represent them. Thousands of Americans also dress professionally for work on a daily basis. We offer base pay, commissions and bonuses for our team members. It seems like you may have quit before you got a chance to earn much. We do hope you were able to find something that was a good fit.

Pros

After college, I dabbled in a few different industries, but couldn't really find a place where I felt like I could both add value, and gain something for myself at the same time. I searched online to see what was out there, and was intrigued by The So Cal Group's Leadership Development Program. I was a little intimidated by the sales and marketing industry at first, but I quickly realized I could master the skills I needed, if I followed their outlined training program. I'm really glad I stuck with it because, I feel like so far I've gained a lot of other transferable skills that I can use no matter where I end up in life. After I mastered the basics of the campaign, I was more involved in the business training portion of their Leadership Program. They coach and develop employees on topics like business finance, Franklin Covey priority management, interviewing, training others, public speaking, and business development. I think it's great that I get all this business experience by showing up to work willing to learn.

Cons

The only reasons I think people wouldn't like working for the company would be if they don't want to work hard or be asked to perform, or if they don't want to put in the effort to learn basic sales and marketing. You have to have a student mentality, good work ethic, and good attitude. If you don't, this is not for you.
