*Amazing people, great work culture *A lot rides on an individual - (right from analysts to managers) *Opportunity to work on complex requests
Cons
*Salary equivalent to industry peers that do low-end work ( people can easily get a 40% raise by switching to other companies with similar nature of work ) *No value to the long term aspiratons of employees, the unit managers are always struggling to tackle TSCs never-ending problem of resource crunch. *Unable to attract talent owing to poor pay scale.
