Pros

There is absolutely no gossip and no toxic people here. We support one another in everything we do, and the ministry is biblically solid. The benefits The Signatry provides are outstanding and it's a great place to feel like you are part of the big picture no matter how big or small your job is. I've been an admin and manager for over 14 years and have worked in the typical dog eat dog world, and The Signatry is nothing like that. I'm so thankful I get to work here. The Signatry has won Best Christian Workplace for 2-3 years in a row now.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. If there are any, our leadership team is on top of things and are always looking for ways to improve how they lead and serve us.

Pros

I've worked for religious non-profits for over 20 years but The Signatry is the first place that accurately marries professionalism with passion.

Cons

We protect this culture through prayer and intentionally showing up and giving 100% each day and to every task.

Pros

The overall mission is inspiring and meaningful. Some genuinely kind and caring coworkers. Opportunity to work on projects that make a real impact in people’s lives.

Cons

Leadership can present as caring and faith-driven, but actions don’t always reflect that. At times, staff are told that goals aren’t being met because “we aren’t praying hard enough,” which places undue pressure on employees instead of addressing practical solutions. Culture can feel like a “wolf in sheep’s clothing”—presenting as Christian while creating an environment that doesn’t align with those values of grace, compassion, and integrity. Feedback and constructive dialogue aren’t always welcomed.
