      Residents are nice and location is awesome

      Leadership is super diff to work with and micromanage everything! 100% don't work for this building.

      good crowd, good pay, amazing job since you're in the waves

      Cons

      there's only so many hours you can work in strong winds, cold water and in a wetsuit a day
