- Leadership does not know how to plan a project, the IT or Software Department currently is in disarray, with a complete lack of challenging work and job security. People in leadership positions pick favorites even though those individuals performances are below industry standard and clearly not as competent as their peers. Would often use the excuse "That's just how agencies are" rather than looking at themselves in the mirror and realize thats just how THE SHIPYARD is.
