      It was promised to be fair employment.

      Cons

      Owner and his two goons are toxic to management team and staff. Doesn’t listen to feedback. Takes ideas from others and says it was his idea. Promised complete autonomy in role and was a complete lie. Management and staff turnover rate indicates it’s doomed to shut its doors really soon.
