      Aside from the owners the team was amazing, talented and caring.

      Owner is insecure and self-destructive. Puts down his team, squashes talent when if he feels others have potential, and is manipulating.

      Pros

      Genuine people who are enthusiastic about creating great work. An openminded work environment where everyone truly has a voice. Excellent work/life balance. A place where you can grow and exercise your passions both in and out of the workplace. High-profile clients make it a huge resume builder.

      Cons

      Like with any small company, you have to create your own opportunities. If you see something that needs improvement, get on it yourself. Build your case and management will support you.
