Racist - Server The Sandbox Employee Review

Management very disrespectful and Racist!never spoke to server's of color but went out of their way to speak to server's with fair skin and light eyes. This went for the owners as well. A lot of gossiping from management to other coworkers. Not easy to communicate with management. Underappreciated staff that came to work every day and even worked overtime to help short staffed
