Pros

I joined the team this summer, and I couldn't be more impressed with everyone's attitude of support, winning, and competition. I have been around arrogant, selfish, self-serving sales people in the past - YOU WON'T FIND THAT HERE. From senior level management to team/department leaders, these people want to help you succeed.

Cons

Hiring process did take a couple of weeks, but it was thorough. I can understand why it is as stringent as it is. It weeds out the bad to end up with the great people we have on the team now!
