Pros
- People within the PPC, SEO, DPR, and Web teams all priorities work and peer growth, making for a collaborative working environment. - Heads of departments seem open to discussions from employees at all levels about working capacity and overall structure of working life.
Cons
- Despite numerous promises about pay increase and promotion, these were continually not delivered, being delayed by poor budget management from the company heads. - Suggestions from all teams about how to improve the services we delivered, the company hierarchy, and changes to HR policies were always heard but never acted upon, leaving hope for change, but never any results. - The segregation between the sales team and the "working" side of the office made it difficult to resolve client issues, as team members who needed to be involved were never available for discussions. - The working wage was far lower than industry standard. - There was minimal safety measures in place to ensure proper behaviour was up kept from clients, and this was never made part of the "check in" process to keep employees safe and heard.
