Pros
- Prior to 2016, they had an amazing office, with all the perks.
- The people and talent they had prior to the end of 2015 were amazing ... We had ups and downs, but everyone was a joy to work with.
- Thats pretty much it ... The PEOPLE ... And I'm talking about the people UNDER management ... Not the Executive tier ....
Cons
- Executive tier was completely incompetent
- The CEO was completely out of touch with his workforce
- The "conversion" to be more Agile, and the lack of understanding of the product and how it needed to be supported was the nail in the heart that killed this company.
