Love the new CEO - heard horror stories about the last CEO but the new one is awesome! She leads with a firm hand but always with genuine care for her employees. The work is always engaging and interesting. All my coworkers are fun, kind people who really care about their work. Senior management is mostly female and badass -- couldn't want anything more!

SAFE is making a tangible social impact with its mission to disrupt the spread of STDs, which the CDC reports have reached "and all time high in the U.S." (for the second year in a row. The senior management team is brilliant and cares deeply about the company's mission SAFE's nonprofit arm is activity helping thousands of people with chronic infections at a time when HIV among teen girls is up 24% in the past 2 years (CDC) The company values creativity and is always open to new ideas from employees at any level. The management team has proven to be nothing by fair, respectful and honest at each step of the way during my 2 years with the company

Its a startup and it would be nice to get paid more (which is looking pretty eminent)
