He was the rudest person ever. And he's never going to be apologetic about it. He talks down to you and treats you like you are not a person but a servant. I've worked for other "high power" people who were still able to treat you with dignity but not Joe. His brother was much nicer but Joe ran the show and he was just a big bully.

Owner is horrible and mean.
