Pros
If you put in the effort you can get the kind of experience that will propel your career. I am a part of the "millennial" generation and have found you won't last long here if you are expecting opportunity to be handed to you. It takes work; good-old-fashioned work to make it in this industry. It also takes someone with years of experience to open the doors for you in order to develop relationships. Many people have come and gone in the last few years but mainly because this company takes it's job seriously and won't tolerate people who don't. You won't last long if you have the"everybody wins a trophy" mentality. I am leaving because of a job offer I got in LA. I got the offer because my boss put in a few calls on my behalf. I worked hard and earned the respect of people in the media and learned how to truly develop long term relationships. If you are looking for a paycheck or can move back in with your mom or dad when the heat gets turned up a little, this isn't the job for you! But if you want a REAL opportunity and you are willing to work to move up, I can't imagine a better place to work. These folks are truly pro's.
Cons
I am sad they do not have an L.A. office. I would love to stay with the company but sadly.....I must go. :( Other than that the only con's are the number of people who get hired and throw away the opportunity. It's annoying to have to pick up after someone who isn't taking the job seriously.
