If you visit the U.S. showrooms, you'll notice a common trend: they are predominantly staffed by young, inexperienced white women. The CEO’s behavior is highly inappropriate; he seems to prey on these young women. During one of my interviews, I was asked about my favorite wine, and when I said I don’t drink, he responded with, “Oh wow, you don’t have to be so formal. We have a high drinking culture here.” Fortunately, since he is based in Ohio, I felt comfortable accepting the offer knowing I would have limited interaction with him. However, during the few times I did interact with him, I felt very uncomfortable.
In closing, there is no Human Resources department in the United States, and they do not provide any contact information—no name, phone number, or email—for HR support.
