Pros

A good reputation as they have won many awards Great for company engagement lots of fun nights out and work extra circulars Free Lunch also

Cons

The HR and senior leadership teams have fostered an environment where career advancement appears to be more influenced by personal relationships with management than by merit. Within the organisation, there is a notably small representation of people of color (POC), many of whom leave under unclear circumstances. The company tends to hire ethnic minority interns who often do not transition into permanent roles. Another issue they have are employees who struggle to meet high expectations or challenge unrealistic demands may find themselves facing delayed promotions and extended probation periods.

Pros

This is a unique place where you can learn from the best in the business and have the opportunity to work on brilliantly bold (and sometimes barmy) campaigns. The office is superb, the moment you step out of the elevator you can feel the electric energy and see a buzz of people who enjoy working together. And it has its own pub that doubles up as a meeting room. Having experienced a number of London agencies, nowhere else compares in terms of team, management, culture and the sheer variety of work - they really don't do 'boring PR' here. Mentoring and training are big priorities across all levels, you could learn more in 12 months here than several years somewhere else. It's dynamic and fast paced, yet they also take the time to recognise and celebrate teams and individuals who do well.

Cons

Yes it's fast paced, but that's the nature of the industry.
