It's a place of endless creativity for teachers and professionals. The staff is tightknit, professional, and wickedly smart. There is a lot of planning time and flexibility in your schedule to dream big. If you have an idea, the school will give you the freedom to explore it.
Cons
Because we believe in shared leadership, decision making can be difficult for those who aren't used to tough conversations. The newest Head of School is at constant odds with faculty currently. Pay is lower and that is hard.
