      Pros

      The staff that works at the ridge are wonderful. The clinicians are exceptional.

      Cons

      The leadership is terrible. The bonuses the past 2 years have been less than 1%. No raises. No assistance during covid whatsoever. If they got covid loans, it did NOT go to staff. Micromanaging. It's definitely a business first and client care centered facility second. Self care is preached, but little to nothing is done to enhance or allow for this to happen. The clinicians do not feel heard or respected by the leadership.

      Get to work with amazing people, both clients and staff Scenic work environment Schedule is flexible Pay is good Work is meaningful

      Clients can be needy Health insurance benefits can be expensive and coverage is just okay

      Pros

      It's a close knit team of people who are passionate about helping each client achieve sobriety. Lots of other employees are long-term sober, too, so we all support each other. The hours can be flexible which is great!

      Cons

      Sometimes the clients can be unpredictable but that's recovery!
