The human resources team is great at what they do, friendly and polite.

Upon being hired, management used the term "start up" more often than not to weasel their way out of difficult questions or would simply pass the blame off to another individual. The "roll out" method used by the market directors not only cost the company profits in the form of return customers but also in terms of quality employees. Communication is a HUGE issue .
