      Pros

      Troc is an Awesome company with an outstanding executive leadership team! I am in my 5th year and have experienced 4 promotions in that time! A great company for anyone looking to start or jumpstart their career!

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons, but as a third-party labor company, there is always an adjustment period when staffing a new client.
